Project Overview
Redesigning a nebuliser into the form factor of an inhaler to destigmatise medicine.
The nebuliser is a piece of medical technology that is a very visible solution for medicine delivery. Patients have always mentioned a high level of social awkwardness during the use of the machine.

The form factor of the machine and the requirement for a source of power also make it more difficult to use.

This project is a redesign of the traditional nebuliser to reduce the social hurdles for a user.

The redesign packages the same functionality into a form factor that more closely resembles an asthma inhaler, making the device more discreet and increasing the user's independence.

The concept also includes the medicine canister, manufactured to be returned, sterilised and reused.

The physical product is supported on the back end with an online portal for the user and their doctor to keep track of medical data, prescriptions and delivery, along with logistical management.
